Door Edge Molding; U-Shaped

Trim-Gard offers professional quality U-shaped door edge guard moldings that are durable and easy to install. This protective molding enhances the appearance of your car or truck and protects your door edge against nicks and chips. They are offered in black, chrome, gold, and are also available in colors on a custom order basis. Installation is very easy by simply cutting the desired length and sliding the molding over the door edge. There is a small ribbon of 3M acrylic adhesive inside the molding which adheres the molding to your door. All of our U-shaped moldings are available in 5 ft. increments, 50 ft. rolls, and 150 ft. rolls. Please call for pricing. Door Edge Molding; J-Style

We offer clear and black in a J-Shaped door edge guard molding. This 5/16 in. wide molding has a 3M adhesive mounted on a flexible mylar. This protective molding is recommended for door edges to stop damage from impact into walls or other vehicles. We offer the NC00 series in 5 ft. increments all the way up to 500 ft. rolls. Door Edge Molding; L-Style

The L-Shaped molding is one of our most popular edge guard moldings. We also offer this molding in colors that match 240-series fender trim and the 1124-series 1 in. body side molding. This complete molding package gives your vehicle complete paint protection. See our molding color crossover charts to match the paint of Nissan, Chevrolet, Honda, and Toyota. This molding is 3/8 in. wide with a small edge that wraps around the side of the door. There is a 1/4 in. 3M peel-n-stick adhesive strip for a quick and trouble-free installation. This molding is developed at the same level of quality that auto makers insist on. The colors are extruded throughout the molding, using the polymer vinyl process that ensures that the color will not scratch off. Installation of this flexible molding is very easy. Black Body Side Moldings

Color Keyed Body Side Molding

We offer a variety of colored body side moldings designed to protect your car or truck. All of the moldings are manufactured with the color extruded throughout the molding. This process uses a polymer vinyl process that ensures that the color will not scratch off. These moldings use 3M adhesive back tape for easy installation. Toyota Replica Colored Molding System

Designed to be used on Toyota cars, trucks, and SUV's, these color matched moldings come with pre-formed ends to give your Toyota body side molding the look of a factory installed molding without the factory expense. The paint color of these moldings is extruded throughout the molding using polymer vinyl process that ensures that the color will not scratch off. These moldings are installed at a level where most parking lot door slams occur, giving the vehicle lasting protection. These body side moldings are installed using pre-fixed 3M acrylic tape. We carry most of the standard Toyota colors and also carry a paintable molding that you can have painted at your local body shop. To select one of our standard colored Toyota replica moldings, it is important that you look up your vehicle's paint code. The paint code is listed on the Toyota manufacturer's tag. This tag is located in the engine bay on the cowl or the drivers door jam. You will need to know the paint number.

How do I look up my paint code online? Go to www.sherwin-automotive.com, follow the instructions.

If you are having a hard time finding the paint code on your vehicle, go to www.expresspaint.com. This site can help you find the manufacturer's ID plate on the vehicle.

Note: The paint name can be very misleading. The manufacturer could use the same name year after year, and even model to model, and yet the paint code could change. Wheel Well Molding & Fender Trim

In the past, many cars came standard with stainless steel wheel well moldings to protect the paint around the wheels and add to the vehicle's styling. Today, many of the auto manufacturers use an adhesive backed polymer molding system. This offers the advantage of adding color to the wheel well moldings that match the car's paint finish and to offer far more impact protection.
